WORKSHOP ON DISCRETE GEOMETRY

First Announcement
(Alicante, September 29th-30th)
SCOPE: Discrete Geometry and related topics like Convexity,
Combinatorics, Computational Geometry and Geometric Tomography.
INVITED SPEAKERS:

SCHEDULE: Talks would be scheduled since Friday September 29th at 10.00 till Saturday September 30th at 16.30. For those staying also during Sunday, an excursion to Tabarca Island will be organised.
TALKS: Participants are invited to submit abstracts with the contents of their talks before June 30th.

REGISTRATION FEE: The registration fee would be 110 euros. Registration would include (2 lunches (Friday+Saturday)+ 2 social dinners (Friday+Saturday) + 4 coffe breaks+ bus transfer from the hotel Melia to the University and return (Friday+Saturday)). Accompanying persons should pay a registration fee of 50 euros. It would include the two
social dinners.
EXCURSION: The ship from Tabarca Island will return to Alicante harbour after the excursion on Sunday Octobre 1st. The expected time of arrival to the harbour would be 6.30 pm. The excursion fee is not included in the registration fee. The excursion fee is 50 euros, and it would
include the trip to Tabarca Island+ Sunday lunch. Participants in the
excursion are recommended to bring their swimming suits.
